By contacting JP Modern Builds, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services
JP Modern Builds provides remodeling, carpentry, and home improvement services as agreed upon in written estimates, quotes, or contracts.

Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of quoting. Any additional work requested after the estimate may result in additional charges.

Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the estimate or contract. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, card, and Zelle. Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Scheduling
Project start dates are subject to availability, weather conditions, material delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Communication
By providing your phone number or email, you agree that JP Modern Builds may contact you regarding quotes, scheduling, project updates, and service-related communication.

Text Messaging
Customers may receive text messages related to appointments, estimates, or service updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability
JP Modern Builds is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

Changes to Terms
